How to enter a Korean address on Amazon
To enter a Korean address on Amazon, choose South Korea and place the road, apartment details, city, province and postal code in the fields provided. K-Address can prepare those values: its Amazon preset puts short apartment details before the road in Line 1, or keeps longer details in Line 2. Check the current form and the item’s delivery availability before ordering.

How do I divide a Korean address between Amazon’s fields?
Use your Korean road address as the starting point, then keep city and province information in the dedicated fields Amazon provides. Amazon’s general help specifically advises against placing city and state information in Address Line 2. For the repository’s Seoul example, K-Address returns Gangnam-gu for City, Seoul for State / Province, 06236 for Postal Code, and South Korea for Country. Apartment details are added separately, using numbers supplied by the person entering the address. The examples below come directly from the K-Address formatter and use fictional apartment details; replace them with your own destination. The cited Amazon help confirms the general separation of fields, but does not supply this Korea-specific mapping. Read the current labels and check the saved address as a whole, including the road building number, apartment details and initial zero in the postal code, before using it for an order.
Why does K-Address sometimes leave Amazon Address Line 2 empty?
K-Address leaves Amazon Line 2 empty when the apartment details and road fit together within its 35-character combining threshold. It places the details first, adds a comma and space, and then adds the road address. With the fictional detail 1203호, the worked output is Apt 1203, 152, Teheran-ro in Line 1. Adding the fictional details 101동 and 12층 (building 101 and floor 12) makes the combined text longer than the threshold, so the formatter keeps 152, Teheran-ro in Line 1 and Apt 1203, Bldg 101, 12F in Line 2. This is a rule inside K-Address, not a published Amazon character limit or a guarantee that a particular checkout will accept the result. Compare both examples below to see where the unit number went. If Line 2 is blank, read Line 1 before adding the details again, and follow the current form’s instructions if it requires a different arrangement.
Does an English address mean Amazon can deliver my order?
An English address does not confirm that a particular Amazon item can be delivered to South Korea. AmazonGlobal lists South Korea among its export destinations, but delivery availability for an individual item is a separate check. Converting the address only prepares text for the address fields; K-Address does not check the item or place the order. After entering your destination, review the delivery information Amazon shows for the item and the address selected for the order. Check the country, road building number, apartment details, city, province and five-digit postal code together. Do not reuse the sample address or fictional apartment numbers from this guide as your destination. If a field needs correction, edit it and read the saved address again. Use the converter link below to prepare your own values; its current search interface is in Korean, while the resulting address fields are in English.
The converter’s search interface is in Korean. It returns English addresses and shopping form fields.
